Why Us

What We Believe

We believe cause driven organizations change the world. Their stories are powerful and need to be told. Stories about giving back, overcoming injustice, eliminating disparities and empowering communities awaken us and serve as a beacon of hope.

As passionate storytellers, HCollaborative brings the voices of these organizations to life. We create compelling visioning processes to forward meaningful social change.

We know that healthy communities for ALL is possible and that:

  • Collaboration works, for the sum exceeds any single part

  • Listening, learning and leveraging ideas results in new creative strategies

  • Respecting one another and appreciating the richness of diverse cultures brings value

  • Celebrating  hope is the future, as each step moves us forward

 The spark that inspires us:

The spark that inspires us:

Our Manifesto

"We believe every social mission organization has a story that must be told. A courageous story about overcoming injustice, eliminating disparities or empowering communities. These stories awaken us from our sleepy lives to serve as a beacon of hope in a world full of fear and cynicism.

We believe every organization deserves the opportunity to work with passionate storytellers whose raison d'être is to arise each morning and craft compelling narrative. Storytellers whose one and only mission is to bring forth ideas that strike a resounding and emotional chord in the hearts of mankind. Whose painstaking work becomes a catalyst for meaningful social change. And helps restore our faith in the collective goodwill of humanity.

We believe every cause driven organization, when all is said and done, makes a powerful and soul-stirring difference in the world."

CM has just finished a comprehensive project with HH Collaborative and we feel so fortunate to have found a group that are not only marketing professionals but a team that understands the nonprofit world and has a commitment to positively impacting the community. It was a true collaboration and they provided us with great marketing insight, from strategy to execution. Harmer Collaborative led us to understand and clarify our own institutional needs and develop a work plan that resulted in solid products to advance our work and better position us with funding sources. With their help and support we were able to create a new tagline, and develop powerful messaging for our annual report and website —- so our story is memorable and will resonate with our stakeholders.
